A year already?

Has it already been a year since I last posted? I am a terrible blogger. Well, here's to fresh starts, right? The picture here is of my "babies" at the same hike spot from Copper Breaks State Park, just one year later! Wow! Look at how big they got on me! I am amazed at how independent and self-sufficient they have become. They dress themselves, get their own drinks/snacks, brush their own teeth, and even help with household chores. But, there are a few things that still haven't changed from the time I had 3 toddlers at once...like I can still go to pee and I hear them call "MOMMY!", which means the doorknob to the bathroom is going to be jiggled ( I wised up early on, and keep it locked). They still need me to comfort them when they sustain their minor backyard injuries, although had the same bump or fall happened on the school playground there would have been no tears or need for reassurance. I hope this summer creates a time for me to slow down and enjoy those little things. I know they won't last long.
